Scholarship applications will be accepted by Delegate B. Daniel
Riley from January 10th thru April 15th.
Please print out the attached application and be sure you send
it with the other required documentation stated on the application
page to Mr. Riley’s district office (address at bottom of page).
To be qualified for this scholarship you must be a registered
voter in District 34A (if under 18, you must send a statement that
you will register to vote as soon as you are eligible); you must be a resident
of District 34A; and you must plan to attend a school in Maryland. If
your major is not offered in Maryland, you must follow the required steps
through the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) to receive an
exception. Call Mr. Carl Brooks at 1-800-974-0203, ext 4593, at
MHEC, for any questions on this process.
